To report a Virginia Beach water emergency in the home after hours call (757) 385-4171 or Virginia Beach Citizens Services at (757) 385-3111. Virginia Beach Public Utilities Sewer Stoppages. Call (757) 385-1400 to report water main leaks or sanitary sewer stoppages and to report missing water/sewer main lids. Call Public Works Storm Water Maintenance 757-385-1470 to report flooding in the street.
