Samantha Spruill

Growing up in Northern Virginia, Samantha made her way to Hampton Roads to attend Old Dominion University. She quickly realized this was the place she was going to call home. With over 15 years in customer service experience and excellence she found her niche in Real Estate. As a Sales Agent and Property Manager it is always her top priority to provide the highest level of service to anyone she meets. No matter how big or small the job may be, they are all important to her and she makes sure everyone involved is left with the outcome they desired. As a property manager she prides herself in her quick thinking and can-do attitude. Not afraid to get dirty, she carries a toolbox in her car and often makes minor home repairs herself!

Known by friends and family as Sammi, she loves living near the Chesapeake Bay. Married to her college sweetheart, they welcomed their precious daughter in 2020. When not working, the three of them are guaranteed to be outside enjoying the beautiful place they are so lucky to call home!
